Gratitude in Grief

We don't talk about it enough... grief. I'm in it right now in a way I never have been. It's fall to your knees crippling. What is also true is that I can sit in my immense, swirling darkness and anger AND laugh, dance, sing and be thankful for all the things in this life that bring me joy. Grief can bring you to your knees. Hope and love can stand you up. Leave room for both.
