We invite you to use the ceremony below, or any other that you see fit, to cut the cords of all that is holding you back from living the best version of yourself.
Sit in a quiet space and use the card to write down all of the things you would like to let go of. After you have done that, you are welcome to burn it, send it down a river, or do whatever feels natural to you to release ties and cut the cord.
